1、200萬噸/年渣油催化裂化同軸式反應(yīng)再生系統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)計(jì)摘要本設(shè)計(jì)以任丘減壓蠟油和常壓渣油的混合油為原料,對(duì)200萬噸/年渣油催化裂化反再系統(tǒng)工藝進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。該混合油氫碳比高,重金屬含量低,是較好的催化裂化原料。根據(jù)該油的點(diǎn)以及市場對(duì)汽油的需求情況,設(shè)計(jì)采用柴油加工方案。由于要求渣油催化裂化的焦碳產(chǎn)率低,且對(duì)再生劑含碳量要求很低,所以采用兩段再生形式。采用提升管反應(yīng)器和較先進(jìn)的進(jìn)料霧化技術(shù)、提升管出口快速分離技術(shù)以及高溫短接觸技術(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了燃燒計(jì)算,反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)、再生系統(tǒng)的熱平衡計(jì)算,對(duì)再生器、提升管反應(yīng)器、反應(yīng)沉降器、汽提段、
