1、.摘要聚氯乙烯是世界上最早實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的塑料品種之一。由于其具有難燃、抗化學(xué)腐蝕、耐磨、電絕緣性優(yōu)良和機械強度較高等優(yōu)點，廣泛應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)、石油化工、輕工、紡織、化學(xué)建材、電力、冶金、國防軍工、建材、食品加工等國民經(jīng)濟各命脈部門，在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中具有舉足輕重的地位。本次設(shè)計對年產(chǎn)6萬噸PVC精餾工段進行工藝設(shè)計。采用電石乙炔法制取氯乙烯。此法是以電石為原料，電石水解生產(chǎn)乙炔，氯堿生產(chǎn)中產(chǎn)生的氯氣和氫氣直接合成法合成氯化氫，由乙炔和氯化氫經(jīng)凈化后在轉(zhuǎn)化器中合成粗氯乙烯單體，粗氯乙烯單體經(jīng)精餾后得到精氯乙烯單體，精氯乙烯單體經(jīng)懸浮聚合得到PVC。確定了生產(chǎn)方法
