1、摘要用非等溫DSC對(duì)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂在動(dòng)態(tài)升溫過(guò)程中的固化動(dòng)力學(xué)進(jìn)行了研究,采用Kissinger方程對(duì)固化動(dòng)力學(xué)模型參數(shù)中固化反應(yīng)活化能、反應(yīng)級(jí)數(shù)和指前因子進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并用Ozawa法對(duì)固化反應(yīng)活化能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂/磺酰胺固化反應(yīng)符合n階固化動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,結(jié)合不同升溫速率下的特征溫度,對(duì)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的同化條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的固化反應(yīng)主更發(fā)生在環(huán)氧基團(tuán)上。在環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂固化過(guò)程中,樹(shù)脂分子在固化劑或促進(jìn)劑的作用下分子鏈增長(zhǎng)、支化和交聯(lián),分子量不斷增大,最終形成三維網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。樹(shù)脂的交聯(lián)程度(固化效杲)直接決定著材料的性
2、能,因此,對(duì)某一固定的樹(shù)脂和固化劑體系,如何選取最佳固化工藝條件以獲得具有最佳性能的材料尤為重要。熱分析法是研究樹(shù)脂固化過(guò)程的最重要的手段之一,通過(guò)測(cè)定固化過(guò)程中的熱效應(yīng),建立固化動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,在理論上預(yù)測(cè)固化反應(yīng)的進(jìn)程。并可通過(guò)動(dòng)力學(xué)因子的計(jì)算,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化固化工藝。關(guān)鍵詞:環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂;DSC;非等溫固化AbstractUsingnon-isothermalDSCdynamicheatingprocessofepoxyresininthecuringkineticswerestudied,Kissingerequationusi

6、performanceofthematerialisparticularlyimportant.Thermalanalysisistheprocessofcuringoneofthemostimportantmeans,bymeasuringthethermaleffectofthecuringprocess,theestablishmentofcuringkineticsmodel,intheory,theprocessofcuringreactionprediction.Canbecalculatedbykineticf
