3、uties.PaceherebyretainstheConsultanttoperformthefollowingservices(the"Work"),whichWorkshallnotincludelobbyingactivitiesorserviceswithinthemeaningofstateorfederallaw:[DESCRIBEINAPPROPRIATEDETAILTHESERVICESTOBEPROVIDEDBYCONSULTANT,i.e.,DESIGNAPROGRAM,EVALUATE
4、APROPOSAL,INSTALLORREPAIRAFIREALARM,ELEVATORMAINTENANCE,etc.]:3.ExpertisesTheConsultantrepresentsandwarrantstoPacethatithassufficientstaffavailabletoperformtheWorkandthatallindividualsprovidingtheWorkhavethelicensu?background,trainingandexperiencetoperformp
5、roperlytheWorktobedeliveredunderthisAgreement.TheConsultantfurtherrepresentsandwarrantsthatitownsorislicensedtousealloftheintellectualpropertythatitmaytransfertoPaceorotherwiseincludeinitsdeliverablestoPaceunderthisAgreement.[FORSERVICECONTRACTSINVOLVINGCAT
