1、摘要畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目:子午線輪胎活絡(luò)模具設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院:機(jī)械工程學(xué)院專業(yè):姓名:學(xué)號(hào):指導(dǎo)教師:2010年6月I摘要摘要活絡(luò)模具是硫化子午線輪胎的主要設(shè)備之一,其型腔質(zhì)量直接影響著子午線輪胎的外觀質(zhì)量、使用性能和使用壽命。本課題首先對(duì)子午線輪胎活絡(luò)模具的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了較為常用的兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的模具——斜平面式模具和圓錐面式模具在導(dǎo)向特點(diǎn)、制造工藝性和使用性能等幾個(gè)方面的優(yōu)劣,選擇了斜平面式結(jié)構(gòu)為本課題所設(shè)計(jì)模具的基本結(jié)構(gòu)。本文首先設(shè)計(jì)了一套子午線輪胎活絡(luò)模具,整套裝置結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,受力合理,變形小,工作可靠,操作
2、方便。模具組裝、拆卸、裝胎以及輪胎制品的取出簡(jiǎn)便,能實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)開(kāi)模、合模等動(dòng)作,可以減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度和大大提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。并對(duì)活絡(luò)模具的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了理論設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算,對(duì)活絡(luò)模具的加工工藝及主要設(shè)備進(jìn)行了分析研究。然后利用UG軟件對(duì)子午線輪胎進(jìn)行實(shí)體建模。并以輪胎的三維實(shí)體模型為依據(jù),進(jìn)行模擬裝配并討論了三維實(shí)體裝配的方法。并且本文詳細(xì)的描述了本套活絡(luò)模具的運(yùn)動(dòng)特點(diǎn)和開(kāi)和模的工作原理。運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、三維仿真設(shè)計(jì)和過(guò)程動(dòng)態(tài)模擬相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)手段,充分體現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)與制造同步的現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)理念,縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期、降低設(shè)計(jì)成本、在樣機(jī)產(chǎn)生之前預(yù)先評(píng)
