1、第46卷第3期石油與天然氣化工CHEMICALENGINEERINGOFOIL&GAS83雙河油田欠注井注聚堵塞研究付美龍1黃倩1劉傳宗21.長江大學石油工程學院2.中國石油玉門油田分公司鉆采工程研究院摘要根據(jù)雙河油田北塊Ⅳ1—3層系注聚井欠注和注入壓力過高的狀況,開展了聚合物注入特征的研究,其中包括聚驅(qū)過程中的注入速度、濃度、壓力梯度、巖心滲透率和溶液黏度對注入性的影響。實驗表明,注聚濃度對注入性的影響最大,注入速度對注入性的影響最小。滲透率對聚合物的注入性以及在儲層中的傳播能力均會產(chǎn)生影響,當巖心滲透率<0.8扯m2時,機械捕集和吸附共同作用,巖心
2、后部堵塞程度大于前部;當巖心滲透率>0.8“m2,聚合物溶液會進入到巖心深部,只有吸附發(fā)生作用,導致孔喉輕微堵塞。同時在注聚實驗中巖樣后部的壓力梯度達到了最大值,說明在后部產(chǎn)生了堵塞。在現(xiàn)場實施聚合物濃度調(diào)節(jié)后,發(fā)現(xiàn)油田現(xiàn)場欠注下降率最大達到35%,說明可以有效改善注聚井注入性,是實現(xiàn)提壓增注的有利途徑。關(guān)鍵詞注聚井注入特征注入?yún)?shù)堵塞程度雙河油田中圖分類號:TE358文獻標志碼:ADOI:10.3969/j.issn.1007—3426.2017.03.017ResearchofclogginginpolymerinjectionwellsofShu

5、concentrationwasthemostinfluentialfactor,andtheinjectionratewastheleastone.Rockpermeabilityaffectedtheinjectionofpolymersolutionsandpropagationintheformation.Whencorepermeabilitywaslessthan0.8um2,therearpluggingwasgreaterthanthefrontbecauseofthecombinedactionofmechanicaltrapping
6、andadsorption.Withthecorepermeabilityincreased(>0.8ptm2),polymersolutioncouldbeinjectedfurtherandthepluggingmechanismwasonlyadsorptionofpolymers,whichcausedminorblockage.Atthesametime,thepressuregradientattherearofthecoreinthepolymerfloodingwasthehighest,whichindicatedthattheblo
7、ckingpartmainlyoccurredintheposteriorpartofthecore.Afteradjustingthepolymerconcentrationinthefield,itwasfoundthatthemaximumdroprateoftheshortofinjectionvolumeis35%,whichshowedthattheinjectionpropertiesofpolymerinjectionwellscouldbeimprovedeffectively.Itisafavorablewaytoincreaset
