2、)MgSn0.05Ti0.95O3–xSrTiO3微波介質(zhì)復(fù)相陶瓷材料,研究了復(fù)相陶瓷的燒結(jié)特性、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和微波介電性能。結(jié)果表明:MgSn0.05Ti0.95O3和SrTiO3兩相共存,無固溶現(xiàn)象。隨著SrTiO3含量的增多,(1–x)MgSn0.05Ti0.95O3–xSrTiO3的相對介電常數(shù)(εr)線性增大,品質(zhì)因數(shù)(Q×f)下降,諧振頻率溫度系數(shù)(τf)從負值變?yōu)檎?。通過調(diào)節(jié)x值,可以獲得近零的τf值。陶瓷的τf變化符合Lichtenecker混合法則。0.98MgSn0.05Ti0.95O3–0.02
