1、摘要摘要隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的下滑和各國(guó)國(guó)產(chǎn)化產(chǎn)品的增長(zhǎng),歐洲供應(yīng)商的市場(chǎng)份額愈加縮小,被壓縮到更高端的領(lǐng)域。許多國(guó)際化的供應(yīng)商為了尋求更廣泛的合作,尋找新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),把目光投向了中國(guó)的主機(jī)商。在中國(guó),各大主機(jī)商的能力越來越強(qiáng),許多項(xiàng)目都由本土主機(jī)商提供。但由于設(shè)備系統(tǒng)負(fù)雜,發(fā)展時(shí)間尚短,一些配套件供應(yīng)仍依賴歐美。本文以VT公司為研究對(duì)象,以GD項(xiàng)目為背景,對(duì)VT公司在GD項(xiàng)目中的溝通管理問題以及改進(jìn)情況進(jìn)行了探討。首先,將以VT公司在GD項(xiàng)目合同的執(zhí)行過程進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,勾勒出項(xiàng)目的干系人、工作流程。其次,對(duì)VT公司項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行溝通現(xiàn)狀(溝通組織、溝通
2、原則、溝通機(jī)制、溝通模式、溝通渠道等)進(jìn)行分析。辯證分析現(xiàn)有溝通的效果,同時(shí)重點(diǎn)剖析在項(xiàng)目溝通過程中存在的障礙和突出問題,并挖掘問題出現(xiàn)的深層原因。第三,根據(jù)GD項(xiàng)目的具體情況,運(yùn)用溝通管理的相關(guān)知識(shí),制定出相應(yīng)的切實(shí)可行的解決方案。最后,通過改善VT公司的溝通現(xiàn)狀,檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行情況,并對(duì)改善結(jié)果作出評(píng)價(jià)。為國(guó)際供應(yīng)商進(jìn)入中國(guó)后溝通管理提供一些借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞:項(xiàng)目管理,溝通管理,國(guó)際項(xiàng)目,項(xiàng)目干系人2AbstractAbstractAlongwithglobaleconomicrecessionandtheincreasingofp
