1、摘要隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立和發(fā)展，蓬勃發(fā)展的民營(yíng)企業(yè)成為中國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要構(gòu)成要素。目前我國(guó)身處經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化，民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案也呈現(xiàn)出快速增長(zhǎng)之勢(shì)，與此同時(shí)，民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案管理呈現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題，這些問(wèn)題一般比較集中。民營(yíng)企業(yè)若將自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展下去就必須認(rèn)識(shí)到檔案管理問(wèn)題的根源，不斷完善檔案管理工作。2006年國(guó)家檔案局及相關(guān)部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)了《關(guān)于促進(jìn)民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案工作發(fā)展的意見(jiàn)》的通知。各行業(yè)各地區(qū)的民營(yíng)企業(yè)結(jié)合自身實(shí)際情況，制定了民營(yíng)企業(yè)的檔案管理法規(guī)和辦法。但是由于各民營(yíng)企業(yè)的檔案管理工作基礎(chǔ)有差距，在實(shí)際工作中仍存在諸多檔案管理的問(wèn)題，例如民營(yíng)企業(yè)管理

2、者檔案意識(shí)淺薄，檔案管理不規(guī)范不齊全，檔案管理的兼職人員不專業(yè)等等。本文將對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案管理工作中存在的主要問(wèn)題及對(duì)策進(jìn)行深入研究和探討。通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)部分規(guī)模以上及中小型民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案工作進(jìn)行調(diào)研和研究，借鑒其中優(yōu)秀的案例和方法，對(duì)民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案管理的主要問(wèn)題提出一些建議和對(duì)策，使檔案管理可以成為民營(yíng)企業(yè)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中便捷、有效的輔助工具。民營(yíng)企業(yè)是社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的構(gòu)成要素之一，民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案不僅僅是企業(yè)自身的資產(chǎn)，更是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的無(wú)形資產(chǎn)。保管好和利用好民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案既是檔案行政管理部門的責(zé)任，也是民營(yíng)企業(yè)管理者的一種社會(huì)責(zé)任。關(guān)鍵詞：民營(yíng)企業(yè)檔案問(wèn)題建議IVABSTRACTWiththee
