3、ht(~57).Immunoprecipitationusingmouseanti-JHMVantiserumindicatedthat~57wasvirusspecific.Immunoprecipitationwithmonoclonalantibodiesspecificforpp60showedthatp57wasantigenieallyrelatedtopp60andwasnotphosphorylated,whiletheintracellularproteinthatcomigratedwiththevirionnuc
4、leocapsidprotein,pp60,wasphosphorylated.The~57wasfoundexclusivelyinthecytosolwhilethemajorityofpp60wasassociatedwiththemembranefractionbutpp60wasnotanintegralmembraneprotein.Coronavirusescompriseagroupofen-teractionmaybearegulatorymechanismvelopedviruseswhichcauseavarie
