1、摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)為日處理5000噸的啤灑廢水的污水廠設(shè)計(jì)。是在前期的城鎮(zhèn)污水廠設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上的工業(yè)污水處理設(shè)計(jì)。啤酒廢水有:COD,BOD等值較高,但是水量較小的特點(diǎn)。本次設(shè)計(jì)原進(jìn)水指標(biāo)為COD:1500mg/L;B0D5:800mg/L;SS:400mg/L;NH3-N:45mg/L;TP:6mg/L;pH:6~7。處理后將達(dá)到COD:<60mg/L;B0D5:^20mg/L;SS:^20mg/L;NII3-N:^15mg/L;TP:Wlmg/L;pH:5~11。設(shè)計(jì)廠區(qū)布置要求:根據(jù)廠方提供的資料,廢水處理站擬建在生產(chǎn)區(qū)以北,現(xiàn)有空地,場地基本平整
2、,土質(zhì)良好。廢水通過廠區(qū)暗渠排入廢水處理站,渠底標(biāo)高為453.50m;經(jīng)處理后的水直接排放,受納水體洪水位標(biāo)高為397mo擬建地夏季主導(dǎo)風(fēng)向西南風(fēng),年平均氣溫13.4攝氏度,極端最高氣溫40.9攝氏度,極端最低氣溫-11?7攝氏度,最大凍土深度為0.5mo總設(shè)計(jì)流程考慮用厭氧加好氧的方案,厭氧工藝選定為UASBoUASB設(shè)備簡單,運(yùn)行方便,勿需設(shè)沉淀池和污泥回流裝置,不需要充填填料,也不需在反應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)機(jī)械攪拌裝置,造價(jià)相對較低,便于管理,且不存在堵塞問題。UASB運(yùn)行實(shí)例多,所以在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和處理效率綜合因索考慮選定UASBo在好氧段的處理現(xiàn)主要
3、分析氧化溝與SBR的工藝比較。經(jīng)比較SBR有以下優(yōu)勢:1?在單位電耗上,氧化溝均大于同等規(guī)模類型的SBR。且不同規(guī)模的SBR,其單位電耗基本相當(dāng)。2?在總成本上,對于0?2萬噸/天的污水廠氧化溝耍高于SBR,本次設(shè)計(jì)水量為5000噸,故選用SBR成本低。另外在占地而積以及基建投資方面SBR占明顯優(yōu)勢,所以好氧階段將選用SBR。最終確定簡易流程圖:{調(diào)節(jié)沉淀池
