2、If缶床資料．比較2種方法的病灶檢出率。然后篩選出2種檢查方法對患者病灶數(shù)檢查結果一致的83例患者(104個病灶)．以病理診斷為標準，對2種方法檢查乳腺病灶的結果進行比較。結果191例患者中ABVS的乳腺病灶陽性檢出率為70．2％(134／191)，HHUS的乳腺病灶陽性檢出率為59．2％(113／191)，ABVS的陽性檢出率明顯高于HHUS的陽性檢出率(P<0．05)。ABVS診斷乳腺惡性病灶的敏感度為82．1％，特異度為80．0％，準確性為80．8％：HHUS診斷乳腺惡性病灶的敏感度為74．4％，特異度為72I3％，準確性為73，1
