2、計(jì)算和分析,得到了管道沿程的水頭包絡(luò)線以及泵端性能參數(shù)相對值的變化曲線。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,無防護(hù)措施下最小水錘水頭較低,泵端性能參數(shù)變化較大;泵端蝶閥防護(hù)可以有效地控制泵端性能參數(shù)流量和轉(zhuǎn)速變化幅度,但水頭的變化出現(xiàn)了振蕩,最小水錘水頭值降低;采用空氣閥+泵端蝶閥防護(hù)可以有效地增加最小水錘水頭值,只在管道局部出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓,但與泵端蝶閥防護(hù)相比性能參數(shù)變化有所增大;單向調(diào)壓塔+泵端蝶閥對停泵水錘防護(hù)效果最為明顯。為了減小單向調(diào)壓塔數(shù)目,最終選擇單向調(diào)壓塔+空氣閥+泵端蝶閥的組合作為最終的防護(hù)措施,與無防護(hù)措施相比,組合防護(hù)下整個(gè)管道不出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓,泵端水頭雖
