1、第39卷第8期塑料工業(yè)2011年8月CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY·33·增強(qiáng)阻燃PBT的性能研究珠陳秀宇,陳國奮,陳盛(福建師范大學(xué)福清分校生物與化學(xué)工程系,福建福清350300)摘要:采用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑對玻纖進(jìn)行處理性,探討了螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速和螺桿組合對阻燃增強(qiáng)聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)力學(xué)性能的影響;并研究了不同玻纖、PBT、阻燃劑對增強(qiáng)阻燃PBT抗水解性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:處理玻纖提高了玻纖和基體界面的相互作用,復(fù)合材料的拉伸、彎曲和缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度分別提高了10.6%、13%和19.6%:主機(jī)螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速過高或螺桿組合的剪切過強(qiáng)都會使玻纖長度低于0
2、.4mm而降低增強(qiáng)作用,導(dǎo)致材料的力學(xué)性能下降。水煮后增強(qiáng)阻燃PBT力學(xué)性能的下降幅度主要取決于玻纖和樹脂之間的界面,玻纖ECR5303A一2200增強(qiáng)阻燃的PBT的拉伸、彎曲和缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度的保持率分別為水煮前的96%、88%和75%;其次為阻燃劑,樹脂基體影響最小。加入自制增韌劑可顯著降低增強(qiáng)阻燃PBT的端羧基濃度,從而有效提高其抗水解性。關(guān)鍵詞:對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯;增強(qiáng)阻燃;螺桿組合;力學(xué)性能;耐水解性;端羧基濃度中圖分類號:TQ323.4文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:B文章編號:1005—5770(2011)08—0033—05StudyonthePropertie
