1、第45卷第3期2017年3月化學(xué)工程CHEMICALENGINEERING(CHINA)V01.45No.3Mar.2017堿性木質(zhì)素與油頁巖共熱解及協(xié)同作用的分析柏靜儒,孫燦輝,陳曉琳,邵佳曄,王擎(東北電力大學(xué)油頁巖綜合利用教育部工程研究中心,吉林吉林132012)摘要:利用熱重紅外聯(lián)用儀對(duì)油頁巖、堿性木質(zhì)素二者的單獨(dú)樣和混合樣進(jìn)行常壓熱解實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)兩者的混合共熱解特性以及協(xié)同作用進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:通過理論值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值對(duì)比以及RMS指數(shù)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者僅在高溫?zé)峤鈪^(qū)間存在明顯的協(xié)同作用。升溫速率越小的試樣,反應(yīng)越徹底
2、,質(zhì)量損失率也最高;反之產(chǎn)生熱解滯后現(xiàn)象;兩者的混合熱解質(zhì)量損失峰整體都隨著升溫速率的升高,向高溫一側(cè)移動(dòng),但整體變化不大。CH。、CO、芳環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)化合物的氣體析出濃度與升溫速率成正比關(guān)系;其他產(chǎn)物均為不規(guī)律變化。堿性木質(zhì)素在熱解終溫為900oC時(shí)的半焦表面存在氣相產(chǎn)物擴(kuò)散未果而形成的鼓泡狀小顆粒;而油頁巖熱解已接近完成,所得半焦未見鼓泡狀小顆粒,整體平坦圓滑,存在大量的空隙;隨著混合樣品中油頁巖所占比例的減小,熱解所得半焦開始發(fā)生破碎現(xiàn)象,孔隙增大,鼓泡狀小顆粒分散且形態(tài)變小,表面粗糙度降低,半焦表面亮度增加。關(guān)鍵詞:

8、reformedonthecharsurface.Butthepyrolysisofoilshalewasclosetocompletion,therewasnobubbleshapedsmallparticlesonthecharsurface,theoverallsmooth,therewerealargenumberofvo
