1、第21卷第3期礦冶Vo1.21,No.32012年9月MINING&METALLURGYSeptember2012文章編號:1005—7854(2012)03-0039~5從紅土鎳礦中提取鎳鈷鐵的新工藝研究范興祥汪云華董海剛吳躍東李柏榆趙家春李博捷(昆明貴金屬研究所,稀貴金屬綜合利用新技術(shù)國家重點實驗室,昆明650106)摘要:針對云南省元江紅土鎳礦的礦物組成特點,在比較國內(nèi)外紅土鎳礦處理工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了還原一磨礦一選別一氧化浸出工藝處理該礦,并進行了全流程試驗。首先進行了還原一磨礦一選別試驗研究,主要考察了還原溫度、還原時間、添加劑配
2、比和還原劑配比對指標的影響;其次進行了綜合試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明,還原一磨礦一選別可以拋棄紅土鎳礦中80%以上的脈石,同時實現(xiàn)鎳鈷鐵富集,氧壓浸出工藝可實現(xiàn)鎳鈷與鐵的分離,并獲得鐵紅產(chǎn)品。通過試驗,獲得的技術(shù)指標為:從原礦至氫氧化鎳(鈷)段,鎳直收率大于75%、鈷直收率大于70%和鐵直收率大于80%;氫氧化鎳產(chǎn)品鎳的品位大于31%,氫氧化鈷產(chǎn)品鈷的品位大于0.70%,鐵紅產(chǎn)品鐵含量大于62%,鐵紅達到鐵精礦要求,可以作為鐵精礦出售。該工藝實現(xiàn)了鎳鈷鐵綜合回收,資源利用率高,環(huán)境友好,為綜合回收紅土鎳礦中鎳鈷鐵提供一條新的工藝技術(shù)路線。關(guān)鍵詞:還
