1、煤炭工程第49卷第2期COALENGINEERINGVol?49,No?2doi:10?11799/ce201702022沿空留巷圍巖給定變形及巷旁支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)研究趙健,張鵬(中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京)資源與安全工程學(xué)院,北京100083)摘要:為解決巷旁支護(hù)最佳時(shí)機(jī)的問(wèn)題,對(duì)沿空留巷圍巖結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,可知留巷基本頂?shù)娜q接梁結(jié)構(gòu)是沿空留巷圍巖變形的關(guān)鍵因素,結(jié)合沿空留巷圍巖給定變形對(duì)巷旁支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)進(jìn)行研究,提出巷旁支護(hù)應(yīng)適應(yīng)巷道圍巖的給定變形,特別是頂板的給定變形運(yùn)動(dòng)。通過(guò)監(jiān)測(cè)頂板下沉量判斷三鉸接梁結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定情況,進(jìn)而確定巷旁支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)。采用數(shù)值模擬的方法,對(duì)神火集團(tuán)薛湖煤礦沿空留巷過(guò)程中巷旁支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)的

7、護(hù)技術(shù)的研究多數(shù)都集中在支護(hù)材料的[1]僅減少了巷道的掘進(jìn)量,還提高了煤炭的采出率。近年研制上,將巷旁支護(hù)與沿空留巷圍巖給定變形相結(jié)合的研[2]究較少,特別是對(duì)巷旁支護(hù)最佳時(shí)機(jī)的探討較少。來(lái),林東才等采用理論計(jì)算和數(shù)值模擬等方法分析了巷道圍巖變形和應(yīng)力分布,得到巷旁墻體在不同條件下的支1沿空留巷圍巖結(jié)構(gòu)[3]護(hù)強(qiáng)度及受力和變形情況;張鎮(zhèn)根據(jù)水泥復(fù)合化原理,采用試驗(yàn)配比的方法,研究復(fù)合膠結(jié)材料的水化機(jī)理、水沿空
