2、標(biāo)(葉綠素、丙二醛及脯氨酸含量)對不同濃度阿特拉津污染脅迫的響應(yīng)規(guī)律。結(jié)果顯示,高濃度阿特拉津脅迫下狼尾草生物量(≥100mg·kg。)、根冠比(≥200mg·kg一)兩類生長指標(biāo)與對照處理相比達(dá)到顯著性抑制水平。阿特拉津脅迫(≤200mg·kg-1)對狼尾草葉片中葉綠素含量的影響較小,各污染處理樣品葉綠素含量與對照組的差異不顯著;阿特拉津污染脅迫水平達(dá)到100mg·kg。1時(shí),狼尾草葉片中脯氨酸含量達(dá)到最大值(39.38斗g·kg-1),同時(shí)丙二醛含量與對照處理相比呈現(xiàn)顯著升高的趨勢。上述結(jié)果表明:只
