2、篩選4個水平進行正交試驗,以優(yōu)化花椰菜總黃酮提取工藝。【結果】影響花椰菜總黃酮提取效果的主次因素排序為:乙醇體積分數(shù)>提取時間>提取溫度>液料比;花椰菜總黃酮最佳提取工藝條件為:乙醇體積分數(shù)60%、液料比50:1、提取溫度60℃、提取時間2.0h,此條件下提取獲得花椰菜總黃酮含量為0.932mg/g。【結論】正交試驗優(yōu)選的乙醇浸提工藝操作簡便、合理可行,是提取花椰菜總黃酮的有效方法。關鍵詞:花椰菜;總黃酮;正交試驗;工藝優(yōu)化中圖分類號:R284.2文獻標志碼:A文章編號:2095—1191(2016)04—0640-05Optimizationforextra
