3、navirus(FCoV)antibodies.Theseroprevalenceofpure-breds(66.7%)washigherthanthatofrandombreds(31.2%).Seroprevalenceincreasedgreatlyinpurebredsbythreemonthsofage,whileitdidnotfluctuategreatlyinrandombredswithaging,indicatingthatcatteryenvironmentscancontribute
4、toFCoVepidemics.PurebredsfromnorthernregionsofJapanwerelikelytobeseropositive(76.6%inHokkaido,80.0%inTohoku),indicatingcatterycatsincoldclimatesmightbemorecloselyconfined.Amongpurebreds,theAmericanshorthair,Himalayan,Oriental,Persian,andSiameseshowedlowser
