6、hisvirusinMexico.Weanalyzed885rectalsamplesbymultiplexRT-PCRtodeterminecoinfections.Inaddition,theSpikegenewasamplified,Articlesequencedandanalyzedphylogenetically.Wefound85positivesamplesforporcinedeltacoronavirus,representing9.6%ofthetotalsamples,andwedeterminedthatthemostfrequentcoinfectionwa

7、swithporcineepidemicdiarrheavirus(54.1%).FoursequencesofMexicanisolatesweremostcloselyrelatedtothoseoftheUnitedStates.Theantigenicregionsandtheglycosylationsiteofthestrainsobtainedcoincidewiththosepreviouslyreported.Thisrela
