1、礦井主通風機是煤礦生產的關鍵性設備,其可靠性及安全性直接關系到礦井生產的正?;懊旱V工人的人身安全。隨著中國煤炭工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,國家對安全牛產治理力度的加大,煤礦企業(yè)對礦井通風監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)提出了更高的要求。風機在線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能夠使操作人員更為直觀地了解風機當前的運行狀況,并通過觀測風機系統(tǒng)相關參數(shù)、歷史數(shù)據來分析風機工作情況,預測風機可能發(fā)生的故障隱患。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實時報警功能能夠使風機操作人員及吋發(fā)現(xiàn)風機出現(xiàn)的故障并加以解決,確保風機可靠、穩(wěn)定地運行。本文設計了基于PLC的煤礦主扇風機在線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該通風機在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)對通風機性能參數(shù)、工礦參數(shù)的在線實時監(jiān)測和對于風機的遠程控制。可以根據用
2、戶需要繪制出通風機的性能曲線和打印數(shù)據報表方便用戶管理。文中給出了系統(tǒng)的總體設計情況,并詳細的介紹了傳感器、PLC的選型、以及PLC軟件的設計和上位Wince組態(tài)軟件設計過程,而后從理論上分析了風機運行的相關參數(shù)及測量方法。監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)界面友好、操作方便、功能齊全,既實現(xiàn)了對現(xiàn)場數(shù)據的實時監(jiān)測、控制,又提高了礦井現(xiàn)代化管理水平,對于同類系統(tǒng)的設計具有一定的借鑒意義。關鍵詞:煤礦主通風機Wince組態(tài)軟件PLC監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設計AbstractThecoalminemainfanisthecoalmineproductioncrucialequipment,itsreliabilityandsafety
