2、京210024)摘要:主要通過正交法進(jìn)行了超長保坍濕噴混凝土用聚羧酸系減水劑的制備及性能研究。試驗以坍落度損失率及擴展度損失率為主要考察指標(biāo),以此對減水劑進(jìn)行長時間保坍眭能的評價,且輔之以抗壓強度測試。最終通過各因素水平的影響規(guī)律研究,確定了減水劑配合比的最佳方案,并對該減水劑配合比進(jìn)行了混凝土性能檢測及由該減水劑配制的濕噴混凝土長時間保坍性能測試。結(jié)果表明該減水劑具有高減水,在摻量為1.0%時減水率高達(dá)34.7%;同時在高緩凝(初、終凝結(jié)時間差分別為575、650min)的條件下實現(xiàn)了高增強,3d抗壓強
