2、呈先升后降的趨勢,其中20mg·kg-I鎘脅迫下SOD酶活性最強。50mg·kg-I鎘脅迫下POD酶活性最強;鎘對圓葉決明的生長抑制表現(xiàn)為抑制植物的生長,降低株高和生物量,但與葉綠素相關(guān)的SPAD值無顯著變化。通過鎘含量分析叮知,圓葉決明2228吸收的鎘量均未超過鎘臨界指標(biāo)含量,因此該植物不是鎘超富集植物。但生物富集系數(shù)大于l。為鎘耐性植物。由于圓葉決明生長過程中生物量大,在生長過程中可通過生物量帶走部分重金屬鎘,圓葉決明2228具有修復(fù)輕度鎘污染土壤的潛能。關(guān)鍵詞:圓葉決明2228;鎘;保護(hù)酶;生長;生物富集中圖分類號:X503.233文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1672—2043(201o)1
