2、確評(píng)價(jià)路網(wǎng)行程時(shí)間可靠性,采用行程時(shí)間均值和行程時(shí)間均方差的加權(quán)和定義廣叉出行費(fèi)用,以不同的加權(quán)系數(shù)反映出行者對(duì)待風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的態(tài)度。從路段層面定義行程時(shí)間可靠性,以廣義出行費(fèi)用最小化為目標(biāo)構(gòu)建SUE模型。建立基于廣義出行費(fèi)用的路網(wǎng)行程時(shí)間可靠性模型。結(jié)合模型特點(diǎn),給出MonteCarlo仿真和交通規(guī)劃模型相結(jié)合的求解算法。并在一個(gè)小型測(cè)試路網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:出行者對(duì)待風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的不同態(tài)度對(duì)行程時(shí)間可靠性具有明顯的影響,保守型出行者將使路網(wǎng)行程時(shí)間可靠性有所提高;所建分配模型能夠較真實(shí)地反映出行者的路徑選擇行為,使行程時(shí)間可靠性分
