2、長度及發(fā)芽指數(shù)、活力指數(shù)等指標(biāo)?!窘Y(jié)果】在5%PEG.6000處理下,907柱花草種子發(fā)芽率及發(fā)芽勢達(dá)到最高,均為37.5%,比對照高10.42%(絕對值);發(fā)芽指數(shù)為7.25,比對照高0.95;隨著PEG.6000濃度的增加,柱花草種子的發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽指數(shù)和活力指數(shù)均呈明顯下降趨勢。隨著干旱脅迫程度的增加,延緩了柱花草種子萌發(fā)時(shí)間,不同處理的種子萌發(fā)時(shí)間表現(xiàn)為對照CK<5%處理=10%處理<15%處理;種子的發(fā)芽高峰期推遲,對照CK在第4d達(dá)到日相對發(fā)芽率的高峰(12.5%),比5%、10%、15%PEG一6000處理分別提前1、2、2d;柱
