2、kplaguevims,DPV)的二重RT—PcR,為有效防控DTMuv與DPv提供技術(shù)支撐?!痉椒ā扛鶕?jù)GellBaIll(中DTMIⅣE基因和DPv【JI德因的保守序列,設(shè)計(jì)合成兩對引物,優(yōu)化反應(yīng)體系條件,并通過特異性、敏感性試驗(yàn)評價(jià)建立的二重RT-PcR?!窘Y(jié)果l優(yōu)化后的二重RT.PcR反應(yīng)體系為:2×PcRMix12.5仙L,其中DTM【Jv上、下引物各o.5斗L,DPV上、下引物各O.5肛L,混合模板2.0斗L,d擔(dān)20補(bǔ)足至25.0斗L;最佳反應(yīng)程序:95。C預(yù)變性5mill;95℃1min,54.4℃lmin,72℃1min,進(jìn)行35個(gè)循環(huán);72
