2、AF工藝(Z-CBAF),在不同C/N條件下的脫氮效果及濾料表面的反硝化細菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)特征.結(jié)果表明,Z-CBAF對TN的平均去除效率高于C-ZBAF,且在低C/N條件下Z-CBAF的優(yōu)勢更加明顯,當C/N為3.3時Z-CBAF的TN平均去除率比C-ZBAF高出20%.測定2種組合在不同C/N條件下的反硝化細菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著C/N的降低,2種組合反硝化細菌的物種豐度和多樣性顯著下降.低C/N條件下,Z-CBAF整個好氧濾池的nosZ基因優(yōu)勢T-RFs相對豐度>20%,而C-ZBAF好氧濾池頂端樣品
