1、第3l卷第3期礦冶工程V0l_3l№32011年06月MININGANDMETALLURGICALENGINEERINGJune2011提高某復(fù)雜鉛鋅礦伴生銀選礦指標(biāo)新工藝研究①羅仙平，周賀鵬，周躍，雷梅芬，張俊(1．江西理工大學(xué)，江西贛州341000；2．四川天工威達科貿(mào)有限公司，NJII成都610036)摘要：為提高某復(fù)雜鉛鋅礦伴生銀選礦指標(biāo)，以CaC1：+IJY一05組合藥劑作為黃鐵礦的抑制劑，ZnSO作為鋅礦物的抑制劑，乙硫氮+丁銨黑藥作為鉛礦物的捕收劑，在較低的礦漿pH值條件下采用抑鋅浮鉛優(yōu)先浮選流程來實現(xiàn)鉛鋅分離并盡可能回收其中的銀礦物。試驗結(jié)果表
2、明，采用新工藝可使鉛精礦產(chǎn)品中鉛品位達到65．15％、回收率為60．29％，銀品位達到3200g／t、回收率為44．09％，與原工藝相比，鉛回收率提高了3．26％．銀回收率提高了31．98％；鋅精礦產(chǎn)品中鋅品位達到58．25％、回收率為83．65％，銀品位達到230s／t、回收率為30．97％，與原工藝相比，鋅回收率提高了5．40％，銀回收率提高了12．05％。與原工藝相比，新工藝不僅大幅度提高了銀的回收率，而且鉛、鋅精礦質(zhì)量與回收率也得到了提高。關(guān)鍵詞：浮選；鉛鋅礦；伴生銀；組合抑制劑中圖分類號：TD923文獻標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：0253—6099(2011
