1、第34卷第4期非金屬礦VO1.34No.42011年7月Non.MetallicMinesJuly,2011活性白土的硬脂酸表面改性及其表征吳鐵力韋藤幼潘遠(yuǎn)鳳f童張法(1廣西大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院,廣西南寧530004;2廣西石化資源加工及過程強(qiáng)化技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,廣西南寧530004)摘要利用負(fù)載氫氧化鈣的活性白土與硬脂酸反應(yīng),把活性白土的酸性表面改性為親油表面,得到了一種類似有機(jī)膨潤土的有機(jī)白土。采用單因素分析方法,考察了反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度、硬脂酸添加量和溶劑用量等因素對(duì)有機(jī)白土有機(jī)化含量的影響,并對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了表征及探索性應(yīng)用。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,2.50g負(fù)載氫氧化鈣白土在硬脂酸
2、用量為2.00g、環(huán)己烷溶劑為50mL、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為2.Oh及反應(yīng)溫度為5O℃下有機(jī)化含量達(dá)到36-3%,達(dá)到了傳統(tǒng)有機(jī)土的水平。XRD表征表明,硬脂酸進(jìn)入了蒙脫石層間,使得層間距增大;SEM掃描表明,蒙脫石發(fā)生了部分剝離,得到的產(chǎn)品為片狀結(jié)構(gòu),片的厚度在100nnl以內(nèi)。應(yīng)用實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)有機(jī)白土可以吸附5.1倍自身重量的柴油。關(guān)鍵詞活性白土硬脂酸有機(jī)白土制備表征中圖分類號(hào):TD975+.5文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1000-8098(2011)04-0032-03ActivatedClaySurfaceModificationwithStearicAcidandCharacte
