1、第3l卷第3期礦冶工程V01.31№32011年06月MININGrANDMETALLURGICALENGINEERINGJune2011_.._】-一同‘j砷原生硫化銅礦細(xì)菌浸出試驗(yàn)研究①賴紹師,覃文慶,楊聰仁,張雁生(中南大學(xué)資源加工與生物工程學(xué)院,湖南長沙410083)摘要:采用F}J溫嗜酸氧化亞鐵硫桿菌、喜溫嗜酸硫桿菌和高溫Ferroplasma屬古菌對(duì)高砷原生硫化銅礦進(jìn)行了細(xì)菌浸出試驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明,喜溫嗜酸硫桿菌對(duì)高砷原生硫化銅礦的浸出效果比中溫嗜酸氧化亞鐵硫桿菌好。中溫菌對(duì)砷的耐受性比高溫菌高。在高溫菌浸出過程中,銅優(yōu)先于砷溶解,砷主要留在浸渣中;細(xì)菌接種量對(duì)高砷
