1、第42卷第5期2013年10月小型內(nèi)燃機與摩托車SMALLINTERNALCOMBUSTIONENGINEANDMOTORCYCLEV01.42No.5Oct.2013NPAC技術(shù)對柴油機尾氣凈化效果的研究胡明江(河南城建學(xué)院能源與建筑環(huán)境工程學(xué)院河南平頂山467036)摘要:為了實現(xiàn)對柴油機尾氣中有害排放物的同步去除,采用檸檬酸絡(luò)合法制備了一種‰。Ce¨Cuo2Mno803/HZSM一5催化劑;協(xié)同低溫等離子體(non—thermalplasma,NTP)發(fā)生器,建立了低溫等離子體輔助催化(NPAC)系統(tǒng)。通過發(fā)動機臺架試驗,研究了NPAC技術(shù)對柴油機PM、N
2、O。多環(huán)芳香烴(PAHs)和醛酮的轉(zhuǎn)化規(guī)律,分析了NTP輸入電壓、排氣溫度和流量對柴油機有害排放物轉(zhuǎn)化效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)輸入電壓為7.5kV時,NPAC技術(shù)對NO。和PM轉(zhuǎn)化效果較好;但對Lao.。ceo6cuo2Mn。。O,/HZSM一5催化劑活性有一定影響,造成多環(huán)芳香烴(PAHs)和醛酮降解效果降低;當(dāng)輸入電壓為10kV時,NPAC作用下的PAHs最大降解效率達到81.2%,醛酮的平均降解效率達到65.3%。表明了NPAC技術(shù)能實現(xiàn)對柴油機PM、NO。多環(huán)芳香烴(PAHs)和醛酮的有效轉(zhuǎn)化。關(guān)鍵詞:柴油機低溫等離子體催化劑顆粒物氮氧化物多環(huán)芳香烴醛酮
