2、RGO復(fù)合材料。通過透射電子顯微鏡、原子力顯微鏡和X射線光電子能譜對(duì)兩種RGO的形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明,這兩種RGO都為單層或少數(shù)幾層的片狀結(jié)構(gòu),其中RGO—V的導(dǎo)電性高于RGO-N,且其厚度低于RGO-N。通過掃描電子顯微鏡對(duì)PMMA/RGO復(fù)合材料的斷面形貌進(jìn)行了表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)RGO能均勻地分散在PMMA中并且與PMMA有明顯的界面相互作用。進(jìn)一步研究了不同RGO含量下制備的PMMA/RGO復(fù)合材料介電性能的變化。結(jié)果表明,兩種RGO均能提高復(fù)合材料的介電常數(shù);且隨著RGO含量的增加,復(fù)合材料的介電常數(shù)明顯增大,而介電損耗變化不大。在室溫及1000Hz下,當(dāng)RGO—V體積分?jǐn)?shù)為2.7
