2、別以硫化態(tài)的CoMo/A1,0及NiW/A10為催化劑,利用固定床小型加氫反應(yīng)裝置,考察了不同工藝條件對(duì)樺甸頁(yè)巖油柴油餾分加氫脫硫及加氫脫氮效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,反應(yīng)溫度升高,增大反應(yīng)壓力,降低體積空速,對(duì)脫硫、脫氮都是有利的,特別是對(duì)加氫脫氮影響最為明顯,而氫油體積比的影響相對(duì)較小。兩種催化劑活性比較發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)于該頁(yè)巖餾分油而言,兩種催化劑的加氫脫硫效果相差不大,而NiW/A10的加氫脫氮效果卻明顯好于CoMo/A1。0,。在選擇的工藝條件下,對(duì)樺甸頁(yè)巖油柴油餾分進(jìn)行加氫精制得到的產(chǎn)品油中雜原子和不飽和烴含量低,密度小,芳香烴含量少,可作為優(yōu)質(zhì)清潔柴油直接使用。關(guān)鍵詞:頁(yè)巖油;柴油;脫
