1、第43卷,第4期工程塑料應(yīng)用VoL43,NO.4122015if-4月ENGrNEERINGPLASTICSAPPLICATIONApr2015doi:lO.3969/].issn.1001—3539.2015.04.003短切芳綸纖維增強(qiáng)酚醛泡沫性能的研究古孫潔,李華強(qiáng),馮古雨,錢坤,曹海建(江南大學(xué)生態(tài)紡織教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,江蘇無錫214122)摘要:為了改善酚醛泡沫的性能,選用短切芳綸纖維作為增強(qiáng)材料,考察了不同短切芳綸纖維用量對(duì)酚醛泡沫壓縮強(qiáng)度、壓縮彈性模量、泡孔結(jié)構(gòu)以及熱穩(wěn)定性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,短切芳綸纖維可以有效地增強(qiáng)酚醛泡沫的壓縮性能。隨著短切芳綸纖維用量的增加,酚
2、醛泡沫的壓縮強(qiáng)度和壓縮彈性模量呈現(xiàn)先增加后減小的變化趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)短切芳綸纖維用量為4份時(shí),酚醛泡沫的壓縮強(qiáng)度比未添加短切芳綸纖維的酚醛泡沫提高約38%。短切芳綸纖維用量影響酚醛泡沫的泡體直徑及其分布。當(dāng)短切芳綸纖維用量為8份時(shí),短切芳綸纖維在酚醛泡沫中的分布很不均勻,酚醛泡沫脆斷截面上泡體破損現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重,集束分布的短切芳綸纖維對(duì)酚醛泡沫的結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能帶來不利影響。添加短切芳綸纖維可以明顯提高酚醛泡沫在高溫條件下(>400oC)的熱穩(wěn)定性。關(guān)鍵詞:酚醛泡沫;短切芳綸纖維;增強(qiáng);壓縮性能:熱穩(wěn)定性中圖分類號(hào):TQ328.9文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1001.3539(2015)04.00

5、andcompressionelasticmodulusofthephenolicfoamsincreasedwiththefiberloadingatfirstandthendroppedafterwards.Whenthefibercontentis4phr,thecompressionstrengthofthephenolicfoamscanbeenhancedby38%withrespecttothecontrolone.Thefoamcellsizeanditsdistributionvariedwithdifferentfiberloading.Whenthefiber
6、contentis8phr,itcanbeseenintheSEMimagesthatfibersaredistributedquiteinhomogeneouslyandthecellcollapsephenomenabecomeworse,whichshowthattherandomlydistributedclusteredfibershaveasideeffectonthephenolicfoamsstructureandproperties.Inaddition,addingchoppedaramidfiberscanimprovethehightemperature(>
7、400~C)thermalstabilityofthephenolicfoamsobviously.Keywords:phenolicfoam;choppedaramidfiber;reinforcement;compressionproperty;thermalstability酚醛泡沫具有許多優(yōu)異性能,如價(jià)廉、化學(xué)穩(wěn)尺寸穩(wěn)定性。然而,現(xiàn)有研究多集中在采用剛性相定性好、導(dǎo)熱率低、阻燃、耐熱、燃燒時(shí)發(fā)煙率低、毒對(duì)較大的玻璃纖維作為增強(qiáng)填料,卻很少有報(bào)道采性小且無熔滴等
