2、體復(fù)合材料,采用預(yù)聚體法以聚四氫呋喃醚二醇(PTMG),2,4.甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)和碳纖維(cF)粉末為原料,制備了不同cF含量的CF增強(qiáng)PUR彈性體復(fù)合材料。對(duì)其進(jìn)行了導(dǎo)熱性能、耐熱性能和力學(xué)性能測(cè)試,并通過掃描電子顯微鏡考察了CF在PUR基體中的分散狀態(tài)。紅外測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,CF表面含有可以與PUR基體發(fā)生反應(yīng)的—0H和—c00H。當(dāng)CF質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0I3%時(shí),CF可以均勻地分散在PUR基體中,CF增強(qiáng)PUR彈性體復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度、撕裂強(qiáng)度、100%和300%定伸強(qiáng)度、玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度和熱導(dǎo)率分別
