1、第44卷,第7期工程塑料應(yīng)用Vol.44,No.7732016年7月ENGINEERINGPLASTICSAPPLICATIONJul.2016doi:10.3969/j.issn.1001-3539.2016.07.014*車用CD托架CAE注塑工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化分析張建卿(懷化職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,湖南懷化418000)摘要:以汽車CD托架注塑成型為例,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際問題,構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)品CAE分析模型,運(yùn)用Moldflow2015軟件對(duì)產(chǎn)品材料推薦的注塑成型工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了初步仿真,對(duì)注塑過程中的翹曲、熔接痕、氣穴等缺陷成因進(jìn)行了分析,并給出了質(zhì)量改善優(yōu)化目標(biāo),提出了一種結(jié)合Taguchi試
2、驗(yàn)法、BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)測(cè)的注塑成型工藝尋優(yōu)方法,并對(duì)尋優(yōu)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了CAE模流分析驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果與CAE模流分析結(jié)果相近,產(chǎn)品翹曲量降低至1.192mm,產(chǎn)品較佳的注塑成型工藝參數(shù)為:料溫為225℃,模溫為60℃,注塑壓力為70MPa,注塑時(shí)間為1.3s,第一保壓壓力為80MPa,第一保壓時(shí)間為12s,第二保壓壓力為30MPa,第二保壓時(shí)間為3s,冷卻時(shí)間為15s,型腔隨形水路C1,C2冷卻水的溫度均為30℃。提出的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法能有效降低模具試模成本,縮短模具生產(chǎn)周期。關(guān)鍵詞:CD托架;CAE分析;BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò);正交試驗(yàn);注塑成型中圖分類號(hào):TQ320.66+
