1、TeChn010gyandTesf工藝與檢測YT15硬質(zhì)合金成形銑刀的金剛石涂層制備及應(yīng)用研究張曉輝①許幸新①張春林②向道輝①鄭友益①(①河南理工大學(xué)機械與動力Z-程學(xué)院,河南焦作,454000;②河南四方達超硬材料股份有限公司,河南鄭州,450016)摘要:針對YT15硬質(zhì)合金B(yǎng)212型成形銑刀片,采用兩種不同的化學(xué)試劑對硬質(zhì)合金基體預(yù)處理,以熱絲化學(xué)氣相沉積的方法沉積微米級金剛石薄膜。以65%高體分SiC顆粒增強鋁基復(fù)合材料為試件材料,對比考察了金剛石薄膜涂層成形銑刀與未涂層硬質(zhì)合金銑刀的切削特性,從而對銑刀的涂層效果進行評價。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)預(yù)處理后的YT類硬質(zhì)合金表面粗糙度
2、較YG類減小約10%,以平行布置熱絲方式和現(xiàn)有的沉積工藝涂覆的金剛石薄膜均勻性較好;涂覆的金剛石薄膜在銑削過程中具有良好的附著強度,且經(jīng)酸堿預(yù)處理及相應(yīng)的涂層工藝較適合此類材料的粗加工,醇堿預(yù)處理方法較適合其半精加工;涂層刀具持續(xù)加工后的工件表面質(zhì)量優(yōu)于且穩(wěn)定于未涂層刀具。關(guān)鍵詞:YT15硬質(zhì)合金成形刀具;金剛石涂層;熱絲化學(xué)氣相沉積;銑削特性;高體分復(fù)合材料中圖分類號:TG711,TG54文獻標識碼:AResearchondiamondcoatingpreparationandapplicationofYT15carbideshapedmillingtools(ZHANGXi
