2、田間小區(qū)試驗(yàn),按不同氮肥施用水平:N.(120.75kg/ha)、N:(172.50kg/ha)和N,(207.00kg/ha)設(shè)3個(gè)處理。測(cè)定不同處理的土壤酶活性,并與桑葉產(chǎn)量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析?!窘Y(jié)果】土壤脲酶和蔗糖轉(zhuǎn)化酶活性均隨著施氮量的增加而增加,其中N:處理的過氧化氫酶和酸性磷酸酶活性較大:土壤蔗糖轉(zhuǎn)化酶與脲酶活性、轉(zhuǎn)化酶與磷酸酶活性均呈顯著正相關(guān),土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、轉(zhuǎn)化酶活性與桑葉產(chǎn)量呈極顯著正相關(guān)?!窘Y(jié)論】合理施用氮肥能提高桑園土壤蔗糖轉(zhuǎn)化酶、磷酸酶、脲酶活性;土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性可作為
