1、2014年9月潤滑與密封Sep.2014第39卷第9期LUBRICATIONENGINEERINGVo1.39No.9DOI:10.3969/j.issn.0254—0150.2014.09.015人字槽徑向氣體動壓潤滑軸承特性分析董瑪莉李松生魯豫鑫邵娟(上海大學(xué)機電工程與自動化學(xué)院,上海市智能制造及機器人重點實驗室上海200072)摘要:建立人字槽徑向氣體動壓潤滑軸承的數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用局部積分有限差分法在不連續(xù)求解域內(nèi)推導(dǎo)出氣體潤滑Reynolds方程的差分形式,通過求解獲得軸承間隙內(nèi)的氣膜厚度、氣膜壓力、軸承承載力等狀態(tài)特性,并分析徑向間隙、螺旋角、槽深比、
2、槽寬比和槽數(shù)等軸承幾何結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)以及轉(zhuǎn)速等工況條件變化對軸承承載能力的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:人字槽軸承的壓力在圓周方向呈鋸齒形分布,人字形壓力帶環(huán)抱在軸頸上,使軸承在各個方向上均能承載,從而提高了軸承的抗振性和平穩(wěn)性;增大偏心率,減小氣膜間隙,增大螺旋角,減小槽深,增加槽寬比,適當(dāng)增加槽數(shù),均可提高軸承承載力;人字槽結(jié)構(gòu)能夠更好地實現(xiàn)氣體動壓潤滑軸承動壓效應(yīng),提高了軸承的承載能力和穩(wěn)定性能。關(guān)鍵詞:人字槽軸承;動壓潤滑;氣體潤滑;承載能力中圖分類號:TH123文獻標識碼:A文章編號:0254—0150(2014)9—074—5CharacteristicsAnal
