2、對前刀面的受力分析,提出了一種精確預(yù)測微細(xì)銑削過程三維銑削力的建模方法;該方法從刀具變形對刀齒切削路徑影響的幾何關(guān)系出發(fā),建立了刀具在任意旋轉(zhuǎn)角所受的三維銑削力預(yù)測模型,并構(gòu)造了瞬時未變形切削厚度的計算方法;提出了以Weibull方程的形式來表示瞬時切削力系數(shù)與瞬時未變形切削厚度之間的關(guān)系,建立了切屑流動角與刀具切削位置角的關(guān)系式。與文獻(xiàn)已有切削試驗結(jié)果對比表明,文章的銑削力預(yù)測值與實驗值能夠較好地吻合,預(yù)測的切削力相對誤差集中在4%一9%之間。關(guān)鍵詞:微細(xì)銑削;銑削力模型;切削刃圓半徑;瞬時切削力系數(shù);切屑流動角中圖分類號:TH164文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:AResearchonP
