1、弄DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1009-9492.2015.O1.006旋流燃燒器空氣流場特性CFD數(shù)值模擬母楊培凱,莊智勇,陳偉博(1.廣東江聯(lián)能源環(huán)保有限公司,廣東廣州510640;2.華南理工大學(xué)機(jī)械與汽車工程學(xué)院,廣東廣州510640)摘要:一二次風(fēng)配風(fēng)比及其流動特性決定燃燒過程氧氣供應(yīng),對旋流燃燒器燃燒質(zhì)量有著決定性的影響。旋流燃燒器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、各部件布局、二次風(fēng)門開度都會影響一二次風(fēng)配風(fēng)比及其流動特性。CFD技術(shù)因成本低、周期短,能直觀全面了解流場分布情況而在燃燒流動領(lǐng)域研究被廣泛應(yīng)用,故采用Fluent對燃燒器
2、空氣流場情況進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬和分析,研究不同二次風(fēng)門開度下旋流燃燒器空氣流場特性。結(jié)果表明,壓力最大區(qū)域主要分布在空氣人口處到二次風(fēng)門間、一次風(fēng)管人口附近區(qū)域,隨二次風(fēng)門開度增大二次風(fēng)門內(nèi)部空氣流速逐漸增大,整體平均空氣壓力、空氣旋流強(qiáng)度、旋轉(zhuǎn)氣流存在區(qū)域不斷減小,負(fù)壓區(qū)存在于旋流器前端到燃燒器空氣出口之間區(qū)域,維持火焰穩(wěn)定,對燃燒器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和實際應(yīng)用起到重要指導(dǎo)作用。關(guān)鍵詞:旋流燃燒器;空氣流場;CFD;湍流;數(shù)值模擬中圖分類號:TP391.77文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1009—9492(2015101—0023一o6NumericalS
