6、點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,重慶400044)摘要:在無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,一般采用電池供電,如何取得精度和功耗的平衡十分重要。應(yīng)變片功耗與其他傳感器相比大得多,直接決定無線節(jié)點(diǎn)總功耗。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),不但要考慮電路參數(shù)和器件噪聲對(duì)精度的影響,功耗分析也很必要。從無線節(jié)點(diǎn)整體框架出發(fā),系統(tǒng)分析了模擬和數(shù)字電路中精度和功耗的影響機(jī)理,建立了完整的理論模型。精度和功耗同時(shí)受電橋電壓影響,電橋電壓越高,精度越高,但功耗也越大,精度與功耗相互制約。以電橋電壓和器件參數(shù)為影響因素,提出了在保證測(cè)量精度的同時(shí),減小電路功耗的方法。在設(shè)計(jì)無線應(yīng)變測(cè)量節(jié)點(diǎn)時(shí),該研究可以為實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)精度和功耗的平衡提供理論指導(dǎo)。關(guān)鍵詞:無線傳
