6、背景及情況鶴煤二礦屬衰老礦井,井下巷道普遍壓力較大,二部猴車(chē)道為沿煤層頂板掘進(jìn)巷道,長(zhǎng)度220m,平均坡度15°-20°,二部猴車(chē)33號(hào)鋼梁至猴車(chē)機(jī)尾處受采動(dòng)影響,巷道幫突出變形及個(gè)別頂板鋼梁變形嚴(yán)重,猴車(chē)運(yùn)行期間個(gè)別段擦幫。整修段支護(hù)形式有三種:一種為3m×3m鋼筋水泥梁棚配合3m×2m工字鋼棚支護(hù),棚距0.7m,柱腿扎角75°,鋼筋水泥背板背幫背頂;另一種支護(hù)為兩幫用料石砌墻,3m長(zhǎng)工字鋼為梁,棚距0.2m,鐵絲網(wǎng)護(hù)頂;第三種支護(hù)形式為2.2m×3.5m半圓拱砌碹,鐵絲網(wǎng)護(hù)頂。如不及時(shí)整修,二部猴車(chē)將隨時(shí)面臨癱瘓、停運(yùn)的可能。為此,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,制定了本施工方案
7、并實(shí)施,取得了顯著效果。2施工順序、方法及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求拆砌墻施工順序?yàn)椋菏┕さ攸c(diǎn)隱患排查→加強(qiáng)支護(hù)和護(hù)幫→拆墻→出碴→墻內(nèi)打伸縮柱腿→挖底槽砌基礎(chǔ)→搭工作臺(tái)→砌墻→檢查質(zhì)量、清理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。9拆墻前先用點(diǎn)柱或抬棚把施工段棚梁支護(hù)好,每棚下點(diǎn)柱不少于兩根,一根在梁中間,另一根在距整修墻體200mm-300mm處。在緊挨中間點(diǎn)柱處打上順山抬棚,棚腿角6°-8°,迎山角1°,柱腿要硬打硬上,迎山有力,抬棚一梁三柱(梁中間一柱,距梁兩端0.2m處各一根)。砌碹段施工前首先對(duì)該段巷道拱頂部進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)支護(hù):在施工段掏梁窩架11#工字鋼梁,鋼梁長(zhǎng)度3m,鋼梁下
