1、第41卷第21期電力系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與控制Vo1.41NO.212013年l1月1日PowerSystemProtectionandControlNOV.1,2013基于改進(jìn)熵的風(fēng)光儲(chǔ)互補(bǔ)并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行陳中,胡呂龍,丁楠(東南大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院,江蘇南京210096)摘要:大容量風(fēng)光儲(chǔ)聯(lián)合發(fā)電系統(tǒng)為未來(lái)高滲透率間歇性能源并網(wǎng)發(fā)電提供了一個(gè)可參考的發(fā)電模式,利用風(fēng)電和太陽(yáng)能時(shí)間上的互補(bǔ)性,彌補(bǔ)了風(fēng)電和光伏獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)在自然資源分布不均的缺陷,再配置適當(dāng)容量的儲(chǔ)能設(shè)備來(lái)平抑波動(dòng),通過(guò)風(fēng)光儲(chǔ)能量管理系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)一調(diào)度管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)隨機(jī)性較大的風(fēng)能與太陽(yáng)能的存儲(chǔ)與釋放,
2、使其輸出功率波動(dòng)減小。在傳統(tǒng)的以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為指標(biāo)衡量系統(tǒng)波動(dòng)性基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于改進(jìn)數(shù)學(xué)熵的衡量指標(biāo),在運(yùn)行周期內(nèi)優(yōu)化調(diào)度每時(shí)刻蓄電池充放電功率,使得輸出功率波動(dòng)性最小。算例表明基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差基礎(chǔ)上的改進(jìn)數(shù)學(xué)熵的衡量指標(biāo)比單純的考慮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差時(shí)的峰谷差更小,波動(dòng)性更小,從而減少系統(tǒng)旋轉(zhuǎn)備用容量。關(guān)鍵詞:風(fēng)光儲(chǔ)互補(bǔ)系統(tǒng);并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行;改進(jìn)數(shù)學(xué)熵;峰谷差Optimizedoperationofwind—solar-batteryhybridpowersystembasedOilimprovedentropyCHENZhong,HULti—long,DINGNan(S
