1、第58卷第4期汽輪機技術(shù)Vol.58No.42016年8月TURBINETECHNOLOGYAug.2016基于簡化模型的回熱系統(tǒng)性能實時監(jiān)測王惠杰,范志愿,許小剛,李鑫鑫,劉玉東(華北電力大學(xué)能源動力與機械工程學(xué)院,保定071003)摘要:回熱系統(tǒng)是發(fā)電機組的主要輔助設(shè)備,實時監(jiān)測回熱系統(tǒng)的運行狀況,對機組的安全性、經(jīng)濟性具有重要意義。由于在變工況條件下,電站回熱加熱器不同換熱段的換熱特性具有明顯差異,且回熱系統(tǒng)各參數(shù)具有鮮明的耦合關(guān)系。傳統(tǒng)的回熱系統(tǒng)傳熱計算過程復(fù)雜,致使回熱系統(tǒng)的整體變工況特
2、性計算不易收斂,或精度降低。針對典型的三段式回熱加熱器建立了變工況簡化計算模型,同時,以300MW機組的回熱系統(tǒng)為例,結(jié)合疏水冷卻段效能的簡化計算方法與回熱系統(tǒng)變工況的逆序算法進行了計算分析。計算結(jié)果表明模型精度較高,同時該模型具有對現(xiàn)場測點數(shù)據(jù)依賴度小、計算方法簡單、速度快的優(yōu)點,對回熱系統(tǒng)性能監(jiān)測以及機組熱經(jīng)濟性診斷具有一定的參考價值。關(guān)鍵詞:回熱系統(tǒng);簡化模型;傳熱單元數(shù);傳熱系數(shù)分類號:TK267文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1001-5884(2016)04-0309-05Real-timeM
