2、到了水泥漿流變性以及不同井眼情況對固井頂替效率的影響規(guī)律。計算結(jié)果表明:增大水泥漿稠度系數(shù),頂替效率增加;增大水泥漿流性系數(shù),頂替效率減小;固井頂替效率隨著屈服應力增加先增大后降低,最終趨于穩(wěn)定;固井時水泥漿的流性指數(shù)不宜過高,卵值應控制在0.6以內(nèi);稠度系數(shù)應大于1.5Pa·S“,不應超過3Pa·S”;屈服應力在10b18Pa的范圍區(qū)間,有利于水泥漿頂替鉆井液。偏心度對界面穩(wěn)定性影響很大,建議將偏心度控制在0.5以內(nèi);使用套管扶正器,界面的穩(wěn)定性明顯改善,優(yōu)選出最佳剛性扶正器旋流角為60。;套管屈曲對界面穩(wěn)定性的影響顯著,使環(huán)空界面的頂替效率明顯降低。關(guān)鍵詞大位移井;環(huán)空結(jié)構(gòu)
