1、第43卷第2期電力系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與控制Vl0l_43NO.22015年1月16目PowerSystemProtectionandControlJan.16.2015輸電線路相差保護(hù)新原理張?zhí)K敏,古斌,曹良豐,朱烈鋒(1.紹興文理學(xué)院,浙江紹興312000;2.湖南省常德供電分公司,湖南常德415001)摘要:相差縱聯(lián)保護(hù)具有區(qū)別電力系統(tǒng)振蕩與短路的優(yōu)越性能,但傳統(tǒng)相差保護(hù)在內(nèi)部故障時靈敏度易受負(fù)荷電流和過渡電阻的影響,且應(yīng)用于雙回線或環(huán)網(wǎng)時其性能受線路分布電容影響,在外部故障時保護(hù)可能誤動?;跓o損線路分布參數(shù)模型及故障分量保護(hù)原理,提出了新型相差保護(hù)原
2、理。理論上保護(hù)性能不受負(fù)荷電流和過渡電阻的影響,且完全杜絕了外部故障時保護(hù)誤動的可能性,極大地提高了保護(hù)安全性,且各種內(nèi)部故障時可靠動作。理論分析表明所提原理適用于各種故障類型,其性能不受故障電阻及系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)等的影響。大量的仿真也證明了該原理的正確性。關(guān)鍵詞:安全性;分布參數(shù)模型;雙回輸電線路;相差保護(hù);故障分量網(wǎng)絡(luò)AnovelphasecomparisonprotectionprinciplefortransmissionlinesZHANGSumin,GUBin,CAOLiangfeng,ZHULiefeng(1.ShaoxingUniver

5、metersmodelbasedpositivesequencesuperimposedcomponentsphasecomparisonprotectionprincipleisproposed.Theprotectionperformanceofthenovelprincipleisnotaffectedbyloadcurrentandthefaultresistancetheoretically.Ontheotherhand,thenovelprinciplecompletelyovercomestheeffectsofdistributed
6、capacitancetoprotection,greatlyimprovesthesecurityofprotection.TheprotectionmaloperationproblemastheexternalfaultoflongdistanceUHVlineoccursaswellasthemaloperationofnon—faultycircuitasfaultoccursinoneofthedouble—circuitlineonthesametowercanbesolved.Extensivesimulationsareperfo
