2、鉆采工藝,2012,34(2):77-80.摘要:針對含油污泥調剖劑注入困難和容易二次采出的問題,采用SEM測定并分析了勝利油田含油污泥微觀形貌和組成特征。分析了不同類型分散劑對含油污泥分散特性的影響,優(yōu)選出分散劑Na2CO的適宜加量為0.8%~1.0%。通過流變性實驗分析了4種懸浮劑對含油污泥懸浮性能的影響,確定出適宜的懸浮劑及其加量;在此基礎上加入成膠劑和引發(fā)劑制成凝膠型含油污泥調剖體系。測定了含油污泥凝膠調剖劑的斷裂應力,并通過物理模擬實驗評價了調剖效果。結果表明,在儲層條件下生成的凝膠型含油污泥調剖劑不會發(fā)生脆性破壞,能有效提高原油采收率5.5%。關鍵詞:含油污泥;分散劑;
