7、為社會和各行業(yè)及時提供了較豐富、準(zhǔn)確的氣象信息服務(wù)。雷電是一種劇烈的大氣現(xiàn)象。雷擊的電效應(yīng)、熱效應(yīng)和機械力及雷擊電磁脈沖,常對氣象臺(站)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)和裝備造成干擾和破壞,對工作人員造成傷害。為使氣象臺(站)業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)和裝備的防雷設(shè)計施工因地制宜地采取技術(shù)措施,防止和減少雷電造成的人員傷亡和裝備損失,保證氣象業(yè)務(wù)的正常運行,制訂本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本規(guī)范采用了GB50057-1994,GB50054-1995和GB50174--1993等國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并參考了IEC國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)共分10
